There are NO Returns or Exchanges on Cosmetics or Sale Items.
The Exchange policy if the product arrived damaged it will need to be shipped back to us within 5 days after it arrived, and must be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value. If this is done later than the five day window, we will not honor the exchange. You are responsible for purchasing a label to ship the items back to us. We will, in return, ship your new item to you.
We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.
If you want to exchange your purchase item, you must select a product of equal or lesser value. We do Not Honor Refunds for Exchanges.
Unfortunately, we do not exchange for "New Arrivals" because of availability reasons.
Once received, it may take up to 14 business days to process your exchange.
How do I checkout?
You will be redirected to Paypal, where you can checkout as a Guest and use any debit/credit card. If you are an existing user of Paypal you may log in and complete your transaction with your saved methods.
When Will My Order Ship?
You will be notified and supplied with an tracking number when your order ships, usually 2-3 business days after your purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Holidays. If for some reason you do not receive a Shipping Confirmation email after 5 business days following your purchase, please check you spam folder or junk mail within your email account. If the email confirmation is not found email us with your order number and we will assist you.
Also adding to your safe sender list or "whitelisting" our email would prevent spam or junk mail in the future.
Shipping of Exchanges are Paid by Customer.
