Let Me Tell You! I've been juggling the following: major shift in my 9 to 5 life, three, yes... THREE weddings, 3 bridal showers, 3 bachelorette parties... I'm exhausted just typing it. However, I have come to the realization that for so many things people trust my creativity and planning skills for their major life events. This is low-key going to turn into a 'Get to Know Me' because you all don't even know what I do for my day job. I am a Corporate Marketing Event Planner. Event planning has always been in my DNA, thanks to my mom, but I never thought it would be my profession officially. I knew I wanted to be in Marketing but this position was my opening into that world. Doing it at a professional level just added to my capabilities for planning and learning the logistics behind it.
Now that I have held this position for some time now and feel very comfortable in this field, alongside my long history of planning parties for my loved ones, I think it is time to seriously offer my services for hire. This is HUGE for me, because I used to want to do this full time working for myself but I let which ever part of my beauty pursuits flourish on their own and the makeup avenue was fastest. Now that we have Alor Cosmetics up and running, as well as my boyfriend and I's fashion line Royal Line; I want to add Alor Creatives to the roster. (Coming Soon!)
Alor Creatives will be all virtual planning for now. For example, I will have the templates I created for my brides. As well as the decor I create by hand. I plan to have the generic templates available OR the customized version if anyone selects to complete surveys and questionnaires. The templates will be available for sale to the bride who has no idea where to start, who needs to know the small details that usually fly under the radar causing for a stressful wedding day or even just a timeline of where they should be in their planning. Also the bride who may want to save money and plan her own wedding. These checklists will be perfect to give to a family member or close friend to be a brides 'Day-of Coordinator'; helping the event stay on course.

As for the decor options I have always been a 'DIY' crafty person. Paper flowers, Flower Letters, Backdrop pieces, etc. are the type of things I will offer soon. If I ever wanted anything, I would research if it was something I could learn to do for myself first. This is what led me to makeup artistry among other things. That small innate part of me, over time, has caused me to dream up and start businesses. I know I was called to influence others and help others achieve their wants and goals when it comes to beauty. That is precisely why Alor's motto is

From full wedding events (bridal shower, bachelorette parties, rehearsal, etc.), baby showers (I've held my fair share of those as well), dinner parties, etc. As apart of the customized services I will also use my professional shopping talents to make sure you have everything you need or look the part!
