Day 99 & 98 Until my Mid/Post Covid-19 Wedding
I hope you are resting and enjoying a cold beverage this happy Friday. Each day is flying by and it's so scary, so here's a quick outline of what was on the to-do list the past two days.
Yesterday, day 99 I accomplished a lot! Mainly within my work but also I managed to get some great workouts in. Let's just say the weight-loss mission is on turbo drive. So I wanted to share this workout challenge I found from the lovely resource - TikTok! I hope the app doesn't end up being banned because it has been a great resource for cheering me up, giving me ideas, and even getting back active in this instance. So I came across the #chloetine28daychallenge and jumped in. I'm super competitive, so a challenge is what I knew I needed to get my accountability and discipline in check. Well, that and the clock ticking down fast.
It's been awesome and super rewarding not only in hopes of shedding some inches (which is happening thanks to my clean eating also), but mainly just to feel better. I'm already feeling stronger, happier and I am so beyond grateful for it. I'll do an in-depth video and blog about my progress at the two-week mark! I love the way she breaks down the videos and then schedules them all out how they need to be done for the best results. Each video is no longer than 10 or 14 minutes so it feels like they fly by and before you know it, you've been working out for an hour and are drenched in sweat.
